Count the fridge and the storeroom on your phone
Split the place into bar, fridge and storeroom. Scan a barcode or take a photo of the shelf, and count crates and bottles with two buttons.
See Nokk StockSet a minimum per product. Anything below it lands on a list with “Order +N”.
After about two weeks it tells you “lasts until Friday”. Before that, it says it doesn't know yet.
Photograph the delivery note and the lines match your products. Stock goes in when you confirm.
And when you have too much
You ordered three crates too many, or the milk runs out on Thursday. Post it with a photo and a price and the places nearby see it. Giving it away costs nothing.

Most businesses in the pilot are cafés, bars and restaurants. So what you're missing, someone near you probably has. The more places on your street join, the faster answers come.
Questions
Does it connect to my till?
No. Nokk doesn't connect to tills, POS or accounting. It's an app on your phone, next to whatever you already use.
Can other shops see my stock?
Nobody sees your numbers. You might get a request because your stock shows you have the item. Whether you answer is up to you.
What does it cost?
During the pilot, everything is 0%. After that, a percentage only on sales that close through Nokk: 3% for anyone who joins now, for as long as they stay. Nokk Stock is free in the pilot. Asking is never charged.
What do I need to join?
A business in Greece with an ΑΦΜ, and a computer for the web version at nokk.gr. We check every business before it goes live. The iPhone and Android apps are coming soon.
