One full crate and an open one with nine bottles left. Enter exactly that, and Nokk does the maths.

Scan the barcode

Product details come from open product databases. Anything it can't find, you add once, and it knows it from then on.

Each spot on its own

Bar, storeroom, fridge, cellar. You count where you're standing and see what's in each place.

From how fast things go each day, Nokk works out when something will run out. It needs about two weeks of counts to say so. Until then it tells you it doesn't know yet, instead of guessing.

Example: Monday morning, 33 tonics in the storeroom, about 7 going out a day.

The camera suggests. You press the button.

Snap the shelf

Take one photo and Nokk suggests how many of each it can see. Fix whatever's wrong. Nothing is saved until you confirm.

Snap the delivery note

The order arrives, you photograph the paper. Lines are matched to your products and go into stock when you say so. Any line it isn't sure about is left for you to check.

It isn't connected to myDATA or any tax system. It just saves you typing every line.

Nothing gets ordered on its own

Everything under its minimum turns into a draft order. Edit it, copy it, or send it to your supplier the same way you talk to them now. When and how much is still your call.

What it does, and what it doesn't

Does

  • Counts per location, in crates and single units
  • Keeps a minimum and a target for every product
  • Lets you log sales, waste and moves from storeroom to bar by hand
  • Shows you what's about to run out

Doesn't

  • Connect to your till or POS
  • Connect to accounting software or myDATA
  • Order anything by itself
  • Show your numbers to anyone

Nokk Stock is in pilot and free while the pilot runs. Paid packages come later, and businesses that joined early get better terms.

Questions people ask

What does it cost?

Nothing while the pilot runs, and no card needed. We'll announce packages later, and pilot businesses get better terms.

Do I need a barcode scanner?

No. You scan with your phone's camera in the Nokk app, coming soon for iPhone and Android.

Does it connect to my till?

No. Nokk doesn't touch your till, POS or accounting. You log sales, waste and moves by hand, or you simply count again.

How does it know when I'll run out?

It looks at how much of each product goes between your counts. It needs about two weeks of history. Until then it says it doesn't know yet.

Does it work with Greek digital delivery notes?

Nokk reads a photo of the delivery note you're handed, so the goods go into your stock. It isn't connected to myDATA or AADE and doesn't send anything anywhere.

Who can see my stock?

Nobody else. If a business near you is looking for something you carry, we may let you know, but nobody sees your numbers.

Next Sunday, count with your phone.

Free in the pilot. The first time, we help you get your products in.
