What everyone asks first
Does it touch my till?
No. Nokk doesn't connect to your till, POS or accounting. It's an app on your phone, next to whatever you already use.
Who can see what's in my storeroom?
Only you. No other business sees your numbers. Nokk may send you a request because it knows you stock the item, but whether you answer is up to you.
Who am I dealing with?
Businesses only. Every one signs up with a tax number and we check it before it goes live. After each deal you rate each other.
What does it cost?
Nothing right now: everything is 0% during the pilot. After that there's a small percentage only on sales that go through. Asking is never charged.
Why we start with a few streets
Say each business has what you need one time in ten. With five businesses around you, someone will have it about 4 times in 10. With twenty-five, 9 times in 10. So we open one neighbourhood at a time.

Does everything need a barcode?
No. Anything with a barcode you scan. The rest you find by name, or add once and it stays.
Where does it work?
Right now it runs as a pilot in a few neighbourhoods. If yours isn't in yet, sign up and we'll tell you when it opens.
What if nobody answers?
After 10 minutes the request reaches further on its own. If still nothing turns up, it expires and you've paid nothing.
Who brings it over?
You sort it out between you. Either you pick it up, or they bring it and put the delivery cost in their offer.
Is there an app for iPhone and Android?
Both are coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. Until then you can use Nokk in the browser at nokk.gr.
